Shipping

All items are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). If UPS cannot deliver to the specified destination, we will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and NO tracking number or insurance is available. Tracking numbers for orders shipped via UPS are available after 4PM PST for orders placed before 2PM PST.


Quantity Discounts

Wholesale and volume discounts are available for most products. Please check each product for specific individual discounts. We also have discounts available for 50+, 100+ and 500+ quantities.

Corporate Credit

Special credit terms for our corporate clients. You can download a credit application form or you can call or email us and we will fax or email you the credit application. Upon its completion and receipt, we will inform you of its approval, at which point, net 15 terms will be extended for your company. We do a lot of business with property management companies and various corporate and governmental agencies nationwide, chances are, we are already on your vendors or suppliers list. If we're not, call us and we will make arrangements to do so.

Warranty & Refunds

All the products we carry are brand new, unused merchandise. We do not carry, nor do we sell, any manufacturer refurbished, seconds, or blemished goods. All items carry the full manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our own warranty.

Warranty details for specific products are included in individual product page descriptions.

You may return or exchange your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase less shipping and handling fees. Defective items will be exchanged within the duration specified by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Items deemed defective will be replaced with the exact same item.
Please call to contact us before returning any items, we will issue you a return authorization number and provide you with information on return shipping. We will not accept, nor will we be held responsible for, any returned items shipped without an assigned return number written visibly on the outside of the package.

Shipping

Shipping within the continental USA is $6.50* for up to 4 items and Free for all orders with 5 or more items.

Items sent to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico are sent UPS 2ND DAY AIR Only. For Canada, add $17.00 (1-4 items). For expedited shipping (i.e. 2-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day/Saturday Delivery, or any other shipping rate not shown, please call or email us at info@x10-store.com for more information. We also offer worldwide delivery, please email or fax your request for shipping prices. For C.O.D., add $9.00.

Most of our orders are shipped using UPS, if they are, a tracking number is issued. In some instances, UPS does not offer Regular Ground Service, in which case, we will ship via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) and NO tracking number is issued. FedEX is available if you provide us with your FedEX account number.

Transit times within the US vary between 1-7 business days via UPS Residential/Commercial Ground depending on your location. We cannot estimate UPS International delivery transit times due to Customs delays and your local delivery services. Transit times for Special Order products is generally up to 10 business days. Items on Back Order usually take from 10 business days to 15 business days. Items that are Back Ordered by the Manufacturer could take up to 60 days. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Free shipping for 5 or more items applies to the continental United States for online orders ONLY, which excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Canada and Mexico. Free shipping is for a limited time only. Items will be shipped standard UPS Ground only. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day or Next Day/Saturday Expedited delivery may be added to "free ground shipping" for an additional charge. Please contact if you have any questions.

Special Order: All special order items require a 50% deposit of the total purchase value before ordering. Please call for lead times on special order items or request a quote by email or fax. Certain items such as, but not limited to, gate operators, telephone entry systems, card reader systems, access control systems, non-stock radio controls, and any item that has been specifically ordered for you are considered a special order items. All returns and cancellations within 30 days or exchanges within our 1-year warranty policy are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All warranties are void where evidence of misuse or abuse is present.
