Lights, A/V components and/or appliances turns On automatically when you enter a room and turn Off after you leave with the PMS01 motion sensor by X10. It works in conjunction with any X10 Transceiver (such as the PAT01) or X10 security system to provide you the comfort of never tripping into a dark room again. The PMS02 sends wireless RF signals to the transceivever which passes them on to your house wiring. These signals are then received by X10 lamp, appliance or wall switch modules to control lights, A/V components or appliances around your home. As long as you keep moving, the light or appliance you designate stays On, but turns Off in 1 to 256 minutes (adjustable) when movement stops. The signals transmitted onto your house wiring is also received by any 2-way intelligent scheduler (such as HomeBase, Omni or Active Home) or a macromodule to initiate macros that perform any sequence of events with any timing and Dimming levels you desire. A built-in photocell turns lights On and Off at dusk and sunrise, saving you energy as it only detects motion in the dark (this feature may be disabled). This unit is water resistant for outdoor use, has up to 100' of RF range and is so tiny at 2˝" x 2˝" it may be inconspicuously mounted just about anywhere.
